I was fortunate to have an association with David in ushering for The Old Globe and The La Jolla Playhouse. We always had nice conversations and his presence will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with Doris, his wife.

I had the pleasure of being an usher also with David at The Old Globe. He and his wonderful wife shared lots of fun stories....he will be definitely missed but always loved.
